He began his residency training in United States in 1993 and completed training in Medicine, Psychiatry and Neurology in 2000. He received his board certification in Neurology in 2002. During his Neurology training he focused on headaches and pain management area with his mentor Dr. Mann who himself is a pain specialist. In 2004 he established Headaches and Pain Care Center here in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his early years of practice in Greencastle, Indiana, He worked there as a Neurologist and also offered psychiatric care to his patients. he realized a need for combining these specialties for patients who suffer from acute and chronic headaches and pains.
